At South Park Middle School, education is a continuous transitional experience, which promotes positive intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth. Students are encouraged to maximize individual potential to function in a diverse society.

Get Ready for the 2021-22 School Year!

The Oshkosh Area School District's Annual Student Update (Enrollment) for returning K-12 students and for new 4K students will take place April 1-September 1, 2021. Students must be enrolled by September 1. However, the sooner you complete this process, the better!

This annual enrollment process is required and secures a student's place at school for the next school year. The process is done through Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal and includes updating demographic and contact information. NOTE: Fees and payments for the 2021-2022 school year cannot be paid until mid-August, additional information will be provided at that time.

    • NOTE: This process should be completed on a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet. It is not recommended to use a cell phone.

  • Link: CLICK HERE to log in to your Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal and click on the “Online Registration” link (located on the bottom left side of the home screen)

    • NOTE: This link will be active/available as of 8 a.m. on April 1, 2021.

    • HELP: If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account OR need your password reset complete the following form: https://forms.gle/bEXT8Wd8t5c2dcTC8 

  • Contact: If you have any questions or need assistance during the online annual enrollment process you can contact your child’s school office OR the OASD Administration Office at 920.424.0395.

  • In-person Support: If you need in-person assistance / access to a device or internet, a Central Registration Day will be held at Oshkosh North High School on August 10, 2021. More information will be provided in the coming months. 

Additional information regarding the 2021-2022 school year, including important dates, will be provided to families by their child(ren)'s school.

Progress Reports

Progress reports will be posted at weeks 5,10, and 15 of the semester. An email will be sent to tell you the grades have been posted since the district has gone paperless. Just as grades are dependent on the requirements in the classroom, progress report marks are too. If you have any questions about the progress of your child, please contact your child's teacher.

Infinite Campus Messenger

One of the benefits of our student information system, Infinite Campus, is the messenger program. Through the Parent Portal Inbox, via Email, Voice, and/or Text. in order to save paper, we will be emailing the link to the South Park Newsletter with a target date of the first of every month. Please check to see that your current email is listed in your contact information on the Portal. There may be times when we send out a message via phone or text as well, so it is important that we have current contact information in our system.


Media Materials

The last book check outs will be Friday, May 14th

All media materials are due Friday, May 28th.

Chromebooks will be collected for 7th and 8th grade on Tuesday, June 1st during extended morning meeting.

Chromebooks for 6th grade will be turned in on Wednesday, June 2nd after morning meeting.

**Reminder**

  • Please empty out zipper pocket and vacuum out the case prior to Chromebook return. Included in the return must be the 2 part Chromebook charger, case and Chromebook. 
  • If the Chromebook is not returned on time it will be bricked (shut off) and there will be a $60 charge to have it unbricked. 
  • Make sure the Chromebook is fully charged before it is collected.
  • The cost to replace a charger is $25, to replace a case is $35 and to replace a Chromebook is $300.

Questions, Suggestions, Concerns

At South Park Middle School we are dedicated to providing the best educational program possible for our students. Should something occur that you have a question about or are unhappy about, please give your child's teacher a call first. If you are unable to resolve the issue call me at 424-1228 ext. 2703 so that we can work together to address your need. If you have a concern that you have been unable to resolve with me, you may call Dr. Andrew Jones, Director of Administration, at 424-0100. He will help you address your concern and/or connect you with others who can help.

School Safety/Where to Drop Off/Pick Up During the Day

For safety reasons, all entrances are locked. A "buzz in" system is located at Door #1. If you need to drop off something or pick something up or drop off/pick up a child, please do so at Door #1.
