Please encourage your child to dress appropriately for the trip (long pants and closed toe shoes are necessary.) Thank you for your assistance in making this a wonderful learning opportunity. If you have any questions, please contact Heather Wolters at 424-0431.

Digital Learning Day
Digital Learning Day is an annual event to celebrate digital learning. Our teachers and students are thriving in year 4 of Learning without Limits. Students have been using Chromebooks on a regular basis as they learn, research, and create.
The Alliance for Excellent Education defines digital learning as, “Instructional practice that effectively uses technology to strengthen a student’s learning experience. It emphasizes high-quality instruction and provides access to challenging content, feedback through formative assessment, opportunities for learning anytime and anywhere, and individualized instruction to ensure all students reach their full potential to succeed in college and a career.”
Take some time to talk with your child about what he or she is doing in the classroom with digital learning. If you have a computer at home, ask your child to log in to “Canvas” or “Google Drive” to view class activities. Visit DigitalLearningDay.org for more information and resources.
